A new version of PLDT Play ServerScout 0.95 is now available. You will be required to download and install this new version to continue playing on the PLDT Play Servers. The new version of ServerScout implements some additional security features to help prevent account spoofing and discourage cheating. A handful of bugs were also addressed in this new version including one which broke the PLDT Play VLAN support in the ServerScout 0.94 release.
Counterstrike Map Rotation Update (by Commoner on Tue Sep 16, 2008 12:30 pm)
More than two dozen new maps have been added to the map rotations of the PLDT Play Counterstrike and Counterstrike Source servers. For Counterstrike, the new maps are hosted on the Miniature Hall and Toon Hall Servers. On Counterstrike Source, they can be found on the Sudden Death, Death Match, Freedom Hall, and Liberty Hall Servers. Joining any of the servers in which the new maps are currently being played should allow you to automatically download and install the map in question. Be prepared for a fairly lengthy wait while you download some of the maps, however, as a few of the maps are fairly heavy on the megabyte scale.

PLDT Play Website Overhaul (by Commoner on Fri Aug 29, 2008 1:28 pm)
Although it took longer than expected, the PLDT Play Website Ovehaul is finally complete. The focus of the overhaul was to streamline the PLDT Play Website and make important features more easily accessible to players. Roughly two month of posts have been discarded in the interest of putting up the Site as soon as possible. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to players and hope that they will find the site's sleeker design and new features will more than compensate for the lost content.
